Paula is a licensed hearing aid dispenser, certified medical assistant, and all-around excellent customer servant. She works mostly with Dr. Mills and provides many hearing aid maintenance, repair, and instruction services. She will help you with simple hearing aid problems and repairs. Having worked in the audiology arena for over 15 years she is very familiar with most aspects of hearing care.
Paula is a lifelong resident of Forsyth County, has been married for many years, and has two adult children, a son who is a structural inspector in Winston-Salem, and a daughter who is a pharmacist in faraway Albany, New York. Paula is a runner and enjoys her running club, but really enjoys time with her granddaughter and grandsons.
