Even though I did not purchase my HA's from Dr. Mills, he spent over an hour with me trying to solve my problems. He was never rushed and he actually listened to me. He formulated a strategy that I am 100% confident will solve my issues. He said he would follow up with me in a couple of weeks. Unbelievable! The staff was wonderful as well!

I have just the past week received my new hearing aids from Dr. Scott Mills. This will be the third set I have purchased from this practice. I have been a patient of this practice for fifteen plus years. I have left another review previously but I feel these people are due another honest assessment. Surely they continue to be beyond compare. Honest, Trustworthy kind and they get the job done. My newest purchase is some of the best technology available and it certainly is evident. I am just astounded with the clarity and efficiency of these new aids. Dr. Mills as always discussed with me in detail the choices etc when purchasing these and as usual wanted me to try them to be sure they met my expectations. I cannot say enough good about this practice . Replacing my failing older aids is like having you life given back to you. My thanks to them again for their continued outstanding care and business practiices.

Dr.Z and Stacy have it under control. You get the utmost professional service here with real answers about hearing. The main thing is I really think Dr. Z took time to listen to what I was experiencing and what I could hear and what I could not hear in different situations. He came up with what will work with my situation. Very very pleased and satisfied!

Great staff, very thorough.

Like many husbands before me, my wife said I had a hearing problem because I didn’t answer her every time she said something. Like those other wives, mine dragged me to the Hearing Doctor. After all the tests and evaluations, I found out what I already suspected: the broad range of my hearing tested normal. The only need I had was the higher & softer sounds – plus more clarity in the broad range of hearing. I didn’t see why I needed to get them at this time. But after Dr. Mills’ wise council and my wife’s insistence, I decided to proceed. I got fitted and left the office with my new hearing aids. A few days later when they called to check on me, I told them that I was having some issues, including no longer being to enjoy my vast music collection while driving. So I made an appointment to come in. Dr. Mills made some fine tuning adjustment to address my problems. I left the office really not expecting any major changes. But when I turned my music on, I was amazed at the difference. Now I’m wearing my hearing aids and enjoying my music again.
